One, I don't want my kids watching tv. Two, I CERTAINLY don't want my kids stashed in front of a tv so their nanny can take care of her personal business while she's on the clock. Thirdly, you are WORKING. So WORK. Your personal life needs to be taken care of during your off hours. NOT during your work hours. If I found out my nanny was doing this I would fire her instantly.
