If I were looking for a job and felt a good fit with the MB, I'd take it. Not all of us are willing to prioritize $1 or $2/hr more over a great working environment. In the end, I've found, you usually get more out of those positions (financially, emotionally, professionally) anyway (better bonuses/raises later, good relationships with the whole family, great networking and recommendations).[/quote]
