While there may be a few out there, its generally not what parents who hire nannies want. They want someone who will do the job they design and the way they want it done, in their home, using their things. Why you continue to prattle on about IC nannies is beyond me. It would seem to me that you simply pay more taxes and have a harder time finding jobs because you want to be the boss. It doesn't make you a higher quality nanny.
