Its only more expensive in the sense that you aren't "saving" on the holidays and vacation. To me, this seems like a very small price to pay for continuous and reliable care. Your job is then desirable enough to attract candidates who can keep their word, who know how to be professional, who aren't going to blow off a 2hr morning gig (that they don't really need) because they had a long night. You probably spend more than that on Starbucks in a year. Its not hard to do, and it makes a huge difference. [/quote]
