This is untrue and unfair, and the very reason this board is often so polarizing and unpleasant.  If you insistent on lumping all MBs or all nannies into one homogenous group there is no room for genuine, helpful advice.  And genuine helpful advice does often come from all sides here, even in the midst of the nastiness - as I think is reflected in this thread.[/quote]

Well 1. probably different people responding on both boards.  2.  As it has been pointed out many times by nannies, nanny jobs and other jobs are very different and can't be treated the same.

That said, I gave the same advice in both threads on what I would do if it were me in OP's position.  [/quote]
