Minimum wage (federal) is $7.25, and even if you're a LI getting no OT, you should still make minimum wage for every hour worked. And the rate may be higher where you are, and you may be working where LI nannies get OT as well. Minimum wage for 80 hours over two weeks is $580. Find something else and leave as fast as you can!
