[quote=Anonymous]Op here, I have spoken with them. The first time they forgot I let it slide because it was the first time I finished the week on a Wednesday and honestly I forgot I wasn't working until and it was a short week. Then 2 weeks after that they forgot again (the grandma was there when I got there and then relieved me after so she was unable to write the check) I emailed my boss about the check I also let them know that I need to be paid on time or it's not going to work out. This last check I was supposed to be paid on the 26th due to the holiday (they even mentioned this when he gave me the other check late. When I asked on tues if there was a check on the table he said his accountant told him not to pay in advance (the check would have included my pay up until fri per are agreement that I get paid normally scheduled days that are off, I get paid off for holidays that fall on my days or if schools are off since mb is a teacher). So I was expecting the check on Monday he didn't have one and said I'll get it Friday. I've had to go into my savings 3 times now to pay my bills when I wouldn't have to if I was paid on time. This last check being late by an extra week now is the final straw. I am on the fence right now as to wether I just quit after I receive the check or tell them I can do a week or two so they can find a replacement. Since she hasn't done her part in looking ( we agreed if she found someone sooner than I was supposed to be finished then I would be done then which I'm fine with) that they aren't serious about me leaving at Xmas and will play a guilt trip that they have nobody else to help them.
