These parents have unrealistic expectations because they want the world, for very little money. An inexperienced nanny costs less because she is going to need some hand holding, may make some mistakes, and she isn't going to be able to clean your house AND properly care for your kid. I would bet money these parents will turn their nose up at the candidates they get at first precisely because they aren't top notch candidates. But for that, people, you need a top notch package, and $11/hour ain't it. [/quote]
