[/quote] Okay first, 2 of those 5 weeks are not bonus, they are nanny's contracted vacation, and it seems she is given no say as to when it occurs. Not cool. And second, calling YOUR vacation/nanny time you aren't using a gift or bonus is akin to regifting, or worse something you had lying about the house and weren't using. "Here, we have this [time] we aren't using, so here's your gift/bonus! If you don't love it, you're greedy!" Do you truly not see how lame that is? You wouldn't do that to anyone else in your life, at least I hope not. [/quote]
