How much are you going to give her for the spa?  IMO, you can't really go to a spa and spend less than $200.  That's a lot to spend on a birthday gift for your nanny.[/quote]

Maybe her nanny is worth more to her, than any dollar amount. I've received more than that as a birthday present from different clients, and I'm still considered a part of the family to this day. Let her spend her money, in the manner she sees fit. I count no one's money but my own.[/quote]
