yes. she said that because she was available to work, we should pay out the time on top of her salery. we didnt of course.  to be clear this extra week was just that extra paid time off!

Wow, I can't wrap my mind around that at all.  I really and truly don't understand the logic.  Because she was available to work, but wasn't needed, she felt that she should get paid and then accrue that extra week of vacation for her own use and asked for it to be paid out?  That is totally insane.[/quote]
