[/quote] I don't disagree with this, I think what people have a problem with though is that it seemed very callous the way she said she had a "personality conflict" with a 3 year old who she didn't describe as especially difficult. The problem with DCUM is that we usually don't have all the information so maybe there is more to the story but most of us respond to what we know. In this case someone whose apparent ONLY problem is not saying please and thank you. To me that is the sign of someone without a lot of patience and I think most people can agree that to work as a nanny you do need a lot of patience. If there is more going on then that's fine but just based on what she said I wouldn't want her as a nanny. [/quote]
