Our family, adults and kids, often all take a nap at the same time on the weekends, even our 5 year old who doesn't nap during the week, because we like to use the weekend to get a bit of extra rest and it helps us all to enjoy the rest of the weekend together more. That's different than someone napping during the workday. Sorry, but I just don't think it's right to nap while you're at work, unless you are working more than a normal number of hours on an ongoing basis.[/quote]
