OP-- my nanny is in the same boat-- she is just helpful-- she does the laundry (all of it) and puts it away, straightens the house, prepares food for dinner if asked, often makes the beds, does grocery shopping- we really appreciate her thoughtfulness and this is a good set-up for us both.[/quote]
