Or she could be from New Orleans.[/quote] I don't think it matters that much where she might be from. When you don't know a person's name and you are trying to describe visible characteristics, skin tone and spoken accent are the more obvious traits. You could add length/color of hair, but that's not always so clear.[/quote]
