And I'm not bitter at all, my MB and I have a great relationship and I look up to her for what she has accomplished in her life, but I would never use the word "fantasize", sexual or not. The fact that you imagine being just like her is creepy. Keep that shit to yourself![/quote]

Also, why would you ever want to be just like someone else? I can see that you might love to have a similar type of job, the same time of relationship with your own kids that she might have with hers, be able to afford their type of home, etc. But you really don't know your MB enough to even be able to say that you want to be just like her. Even good friends don't know every little thing about each other, and she is just your boss not best friend for the last 15 years. She could have an eating disorder, be addicted to prescription meds, not have a great relationship with her husband (maybe just putting on a show for other people's benefit), and so on.

I also agree that fantasize is a strong word. That means that you are seriously thinking about this in your off time, quite often and I don't know anyone who would do much more than maybe have a fleeting thought now and then about how much they wish they could afford to buy great shoes like MB does. No one spends many minutes fantasizing about stuff like that, unless they are a bit more mentally out of it. So even if not taking it sexually, yes, it is very weird and creepy.[/quote]
