I do not feel that would be my place if MB has already spoken with pediatrician and has relayed that message on to me. In past positions, I have accompanied led apts, in my current position, MB brings DC to apts. I would take what MB has instructed and feed in the manor she has decided was best as long as it seemed plausible. [/quote]

I have worked with infants (3 sets of multiples) for the last 12 years. I have had to monitor ounces for each and every infant. In the case of all three sets twins, I had to be persistent and get the necessary amount of milk into the babies at each feeding. This is NOT force feeding, it's offering it until it is taken and ensuring that the infant gets enough food to be healthy. So no, I would not check with the doctor if MB had already discussed it with him. I would also not work for a MB I did not trust or agree with in philosophy. [/quote]
