As a long time nanny, I do love this caring advice. However, i'v been through my share of on the job family break-ups. It's the most horrible thing. One dad told me that I was the only stable part of his child's life because everything else was a complete mess. If there's at least one parent who cares about the child and nanny, it's more the exception rather than the rule. Unfortunately. [/quote]
