My company offered to provide me a phone (in which case I carry two cell phones) or contribute a set amount per month to use my own. They also provide me a company number that is forwarded to my cell phone so that I don't have to give my personal number to clients. In my current job I would not use my personal number for work without reimbursement. If I were a Nanny, I would not ask MB to pay for contribute to my phone if I already had a plan with unlimited minutes/ pictures. But if I were required to upgrade my plan because she required sending pictures/ texts daily, or pay extra for those tests, then yes, I might ask for some contribution. [/quote]
