Tell them that since it is your vacation too, that you will be gone on vacation and unable to feed their pets for them. Let them know that is only something you would do if it was EXTRA vacation time that was not in the contract, and you were being paid your normal rate while they were gone to do that. But if it is your (negotiated in the contract) vacation, you have the right to enjoy your vacation wherever you want to.[/quote]
