[/quote] No one has posted anything crazy that I've seen. I'm a nanny and I'm one of the only people who said I thought it was a bad idea. I've never met a 20 year old who I thought should be in charge of 3-under-3. I still believe it is a recipe for disaster, but I hope it works out if that's OP's decision. IMO they just don't have enough life experience to be able to juggle the needs, demands, wants, and movements of so many small children. [/quote]
