They do a full criminal check using your social security number, which is attached to your name, which is verified using legal documents - a passport, a driver's license AND a social security card, a non-driver's ID and a ______, etc. There is a whole list of possible documents or combinations of documents that are accepted as proof of identity for employment, and they use the same ones for criminal checks.[/quote]
