Of course, its fair. This isn't a dispute that the reviewer is making something up.  You do have to take responsibility for your actions. You may not like the consequences of your actions but that is too bad. You may also not like the terms of care.com but you don't need to use the service.

Stating a fact is one thing, but rating someone's quality of care as a 1/5 before meeting them is really not fair. [/quote]
