It now has her rating as one star which puts her lower down at under searches, lowering her chances at finding a job from here. Is that really fair to do to someone you've never even met? Also some parents may not even go through the trouble of reading her prolife or the actual review itself after they've seen she's only got one star. [/quote]

+1 this is someone's livelihood you could be screwing with, because of what? They didn't respond to your ill thought out inquiry? OP said the parent in question was looking to fill a job during hours she had listed herself as unavailable. It's funny that this parent read enough of her profile to find the detail about responding in 48 hours, but couldn't take the time to see if she was even available during the needed hours?? Talk about selective reading and ego issues....[/quote]
