I probably wouldn't consider the candidate who didn't show up for the interview but I wouldn't think twice about the review saying the nanny didn't respond to an inquiry. There are any number of legitimate reasons why the nanny wouldn't respond and I don't think it would have any bearing on her abilities as a nanny. [/quote]
