You will find lots of good options at this rate if you plan to guarantee $925 per week for 52 weeks a year. There just aren't many nanny jobs in DC with that kind of earning potential, so people will jump at it. Also, it is very common for jobs that offer significant OT and time and half to pay a base rate on the low end of the applicable range. Be sure to mention in the ad that your 2.5 year old will be in preschool, so it will only be twins much of the time. $15-17 is a pretty standard starting rate for twins in DC. [/quote]
