There's nothing illegal about advertising the job. I'd like to see you try to find a lawyer who would sue them for advertising a job below minimum wage. If you don't like it don't take the job! If you can't find a better one (there are plenty out there) then maybe you are the problem. Just for the record, I think the MB posting this job has no clue about hiring a decent nanny and should be called out on it but I'm sick of people threatening to sue left and right over every little thing.
