Has she done this before? I have an AP so she lives in, the basement is finished and walk out, so it's her own space. If I need to contact her when she is off, I text. If I have to speak with her (can't find something and we are running out the door) I knock and ask to talk to her when she gets the chance. Perhaps you can ask her to text if she needs to talk to you?

I really don't have advice for the situation where she barges in and hands you a baby. Just tell her that.

Say, "MB, I really appreciate your apology [she did apologize, right?] and the OT pay, but it's so important for me to have my down time to recharge. I will let you know if I'm ever planning on being available for on-call jobs over any weekends, but otherwise please assume that I am unavailable."[/quote]
