As for LI nannies, they must be paid for every hour worked, and yes, in some states they also are guaranteed OT. If you wish to start a movement to guarantee OT pay for all LI nannies in all states, let me know how to join you. IMO, concentrating on making sure the rights we already have are enforced is a higher priority. IOW, a LI nanny who is not even getting paid for all hours worked needs support getting that existing right enforced.
