Protect nannies who do travel world (yes I have done lots of that as a nanny) and have systems in place where they can vet the agency they work for as well as be meeted at the airport an given a greeting on arrival to that country

Discrimination against nannies/maids & domestic labour through medical testing - compulsory HIV testing, TB, Full bloods when working in Arab/Russian & a few asian countries. Whilst the families health remains a mystery.

Laws against placing children (as in the Sri Lankan girl) in roles beyond their years or responsibility with no training - families getting away with murder to get cheap immigrant labour and not being held accountable for recklessness of child labour

Nanny org & union that is an advocate for nannies not for the parents whinning whims.
