When she's having a lazy day she tends to take it out on my two children. Telling them 'no' when they ask to go outside on a bright, sunny day just because she doesn't feel like it. Telling them 'no' to a certain (healthy) meal because cooking chicken fingers is much easier/faster. You get it.

Absolutely ZERO flexibility. I rarely ask her to stay late or come in when she isn't scheduled to work but if I do happen to need her for an extra hour she will make up a phony excuse, and I no her well enough to no that her excuse is indeed PHONY.[/quote]
