Oh yes, lets equate animals to our own species. Fyi, there are a lot of people who cant stand animals, or certain animals and, gasp, they're still pretty damn good parents or childcare providers, so that statement holds no true merit. I once knew a mom who beat the crap out of a puppy that her husband got without her express permission/no real discussion. I felt bad for the mutt since he was little, and my brother and I even advocated on the pup' s behalf. Still, despite her out of character behavior towards the pup, she's still an awesome mother to her 3 young kids. FYI, they eventually got rid of the pup. But this is anentirely different matter.

At any rate, I don't regret my methods of dealing with the dog. And, like I said, I've got no problem with animals, dogs or otherwise. Problems arise when this dog who should know better... based on what I've observed over the last few months, goes against what she's supposedly trained to do.

But hey, keep making sweeping, absurd statements as you see fit.
