But YOU probably also wouldn't consider sharing a nanny with another family. For a family looking for the discount of a share and is already open to the challenges a share brings, for a dollar or two more per hour they could have most of the benefits of their own nanny ie. care provided in their home, setting the schedule to your convenience, not having to reconcile expectations of a nanny and 2 sets of parents, and their child taking priority but also getting the benfits of a playmate/sibling experience, and potential household chores that are inappropriate in a typical share.
