Thanks! I was not aware of covering taxes. Is that in addition to the hourly rate? How much does this run per month? Or do you pay per year? How do you report these taxes?

Also, not to sound ignorant but is there an organization that nannies should be licensed with? Do they do criminal background and child abuse registry checks or do you have to do that?[/quote]
