In many areas live in nannies do actually have rights to a fair process as "tenants" and I think we can all agree that immediate expulsion is unfair and would be a lawsuit waiting to happen if your landlord did it to you. This is one of the risks of having someone live in. But I agree with this poster- that does NOT mean you have to continue to use her services or pay her!!! She is being fired for GOOD reason and should be instantly replaced by a temp. Hope you have better luck next time.[/quote]
