Nannies do not need to have the expertise that social workers or nurses need. So, there is no need to pay them such a wage. Individuals choose a profession for a variety of reasons. Flexibility, responsibilities, working conditions. If they decide that they want to be a nanny for reasons other than a uni degree, than so be it. I'm guessing you aren't from here, nor are you a nanny employer.[/quote]
