You're not a very person.  FYI...but I am sure you knew that already. :)

Good luck to the Mom that wrote this initial post.  My heart goes out to you.  I pray that you make the right decision for your children (most importantly), your home and yourself.  There's always "another" nanny.  I agree with a poster above who said to be sure to hire (if you decide to do so) a person that has a license and interests outside of the home.  A young 18 year-old girl with "no way out" of her working environment could be a recipe for disaster.  :(  It really stinks that your last two nannies haven't worked out.  I hope it hasn't totally burned you on the idea.  You know what they, "3rd times a charm".  Good luck! :)
