These rates are inflated, BIG TIME. Ofcourse a highly skilled professional working for a high profile family will make more then the average nanny. Or a nanny with a childcare degree and over a decade worth of experience who teaches. But for the most you don't need a degree to become a nanny and you certainly don't get 20+ an hour unless you worked your way up with the same family for years.[/quote]
