A nanny is a human being in a caregiving profession, she is bound to have emotional responses to her job - and that's how it should be. A good nanny keeps feelings like this to herself (or vents on an anonymous forum...) and continues to do what her MB/DB asks. Exactly what OP is doing. When this forum can't be used as a way to politely express your feelings about your job, your employers, the children in your care, etc. what is the point at all? Lecturing an OP who has said "I don't want to do this, I love snuggling him, but of course MB is the authority and I'll do what she asks" is a waste of time and discourages everyone here from speaking honestly and openly.[/quote]
