1. Mistakes happen. Let it go. I would have a different opinion of my nanny if she was not so gracious about it. Of course she would get her money but some things are out of my control.

MB here.  This is really ridiculous.  Are you trying to convince me that you had so little $$$ in your checking account that a check to your nanny for - what? - $600 resulted in problems?  It is lazy and unacceptable to think that you can bounce checks to your nanny and for her to be gracious about waiting a week to be paid.  Totally obnoxious on your part.

I don't expect my work to bounce my checks to me (tho they do direct deposit).  And if they did, yeah - it would piss me off if it took them a week to figure out how to pay me.  Professional nannies deserve a level of professionalism from their employers, no?[/quote]
