Few statistics may exist for all nannies, due to paying under the table, but there are plenty of resources for parents about rates, even government statistics, for what legal nannies are paid.

You don't know what you're talking about. Your government statistics don't even have a clear picture of the difference between all the "childcare workers" out there. Daycare workers are typically paid minimum wage, for example. There's no comparason between them and a professional nanny.[/quote]
