HAHA! I'm an accountant and extremely busy from Mid January-May 1 and HAVE to pack a lunch because there are no places to eat near my office and it would take too long, so I eat at my desk. Often too busy to even take a pee. I'm inspired by this thread and am going to start a revolution at my office. Since I am confined to my office, often 12hrs a day, I'm going to stop bringing my lunch and DEMAND that a catered meal be supplied to me. I also have Celiacs and will require that it all be gluten free. I'll report back on my progress.
Not that I agree with the premise, your situation is different. You are making a choice not to go get lunch during your day for various reasons. A nanny doesn't have that choice. However I've been known to have takeout delivered to my nanny family's house if I didn't pack a lunch and they have no appropriate food in the house.
