Congratulations! You and your spouse get to built your great wealth over the back of a poorly paid woman who is raising your children. Is she scrubing your toilets as well? Is this what you call "having it all"? 
You know that when you're to old to care for yourself, your children will do just the same, out-source that job to some poorly paid person. What goes around, comes around.
