Live-in nannies don’t have to be paid for 8 hours overnight *if* 1. they live in 5+ nights a week *and 2. they get 5+ consecutive hours of sleep as well as 8+ hours total without caring for the child. It fails the first test, so the second test doesn’t matter.[/quote]
