Assuming a rate of $30 an hour, that's $840 for the daytime care, then I'd do a flat rate of $100 per overnight, for $1040 total. Even if she only works the two nights the entire week she's owed OT for anything over 40 hours. Regular rate for the first 40 and OT for the 8. If she does any additional work that week it will all be OT.[/quote]
