She really engages with him and happily plays with him, reads, etc. for hours without using screens.  She is very familiar with the playgrounds and other kids’ activities in Cleveland Park, Chevy Chase (DC/MD), and NW DC generally.
•	She has fully handled all of our son’s daytime cooking and laundry from day one.  She has also helped us with our own light cleaning and laundry during downtime when our son has been at school.
•	Cheryl does a great job organizing playdates with other nannies (and occasionally parents) on her own.  Some of our son’s closest friends are kids he met through Cheryl.
•	She has a driver’s license and a safe, new car of her own.  Although she did not need to drive our son anywhere when she first started, her ability to drive became important as he got older and started some activities that were not walking distance from our house.
