And they also requested that I change the child’s diaper while the child was standing up! Needless to say that position didn’t last very long!! Ha! If your charge will not properly lay down while being changed - a great idea would be to have a “novelty” toy set aside to let him play with ONLY while getting his diaper changed. It can be any toy, just as long as it is only brought out for diaper changes. This really helps me w/squirmy babies, etc. I also encourage you to speak directly w/your MomBoss & address your concerns >> if she won’t do anything to make your job any easier than your only option left may be to quit.
