The minute a nanny has a voice or stands up for herself by saying what she expects, all parents turn into victims and it's been going on for far too long. It's sad that this site only allows the "moms" to have an outlet by having so many different areas for them to rant but the moment a nanny says something it's game on. It's ridiculous! I'm saying all this to say, if you can't afford a nanny there are other options. Be respectful, the cost of living is high so why would you offer a nanny $15 hourly then expect them to just accept that. Having a nanny is a premium, these days with covid around it's a luxury knowing your children are at home getting the one on one care that they need.

Nannies
You guys need to also be respectful and know your worth if these parents aren't saying the right things as far as pay goes please no need to shame them but respectfully decline and keep it moving. I am by no means muting anyone but this trash talk and shaming on both sides is just ridiculous and we are all ADULTS. Nannies if you are not getting the respect you want on here create your own blog site because I see how "for the parents" this site is.

I am expecting a lot of angry highly opinionated moms to trash talk under this post or they may even flag it. I don't care, I won't spend my day going back and forth..
