You sound just like one of these “ENTITLED AF PARENTS” if the roads are not safe for her to get to work then the family can go screw themselves. Nannies, teachers, babysitters, daycare attendants are people too and it’s sad how low some of you parents think of them. The family she works for sound self absorbed and to tell a nanny to come to work with Covid that you gave her should be against the law and what if she has a family member with medical issues that she passes that too then what?! People like you and the family she works for is why the world is how it is. [/quote]

It really depends on the situation.  If parents can make it work, nanny should stay home but if they cannot, they should find a way to help nanny come.[/quote]
