You might even be able to find someone who plans to give their family 30 days notice once they find a job who might be interested in shortening their hours with the old family as they ramp up with you. You could also find someone and as they are giving notice to the other family, have the nanny do a few weekend times with your DS to get to know him (and give you time to rest / get ready for new baby).[/quote]
